Choti Bahu become 1 hour on Mondays

From coming Monday, that is, 17th August, Zee TV's popular daily show, Choti Bahu, produced by D J's Creative Unit will become one hour (7.30-8.30) on Monday only, while rest of the days of the week, it would maintain 7.30-8 pm slot. The 8 pm slot falls empty with Dheeraj Kumar's long running show Maayka ends on August 13th.

Zee TV also has a new release “Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani…Jhansi Ki Rani” which will be aired at 8 PM from Tuesdays to Fridays starting from August 18th.

According to sources, "Choti Bahu has been doing very well ever since its launch, so the channel and production house has decided to make it one hour on Mondays, while Jhansi Ki Rani will be aired from Tuesday to Friday".

Fianlly Dev propose Radhika for marriage

Galaxy of stars from Zee TV will celebrate the occasion of janmashtami with great devotion and passion. The show will see a two hour special episode this coming Friday, August 14th at 7.30 PM.

According to sources, "The event will see number of great performances coming from Dev-Radhika of Choti Bahu, Archana-Manav of Pavitra Rishta, Laali-Abhishek of Agle Janam mohe betiya hi kijo, Shree-Hari of Shree and Jhanvi-Nihkil of Betiyaan. They will be seen dancing on the popular songs of Radha and Krishn, and also songs of the famous Dahi Haandi. The special guest for the evening will be the Musical Maestro Jagjit Singh. The star list does not end here, as SaReGaMaPa L'il Champs contestants Shreyasi, Hemant and Yatharth will also render their numbers".

This special day will also see a most important twist happening in the life of Radhika and Dev, wherein Dev proposes to Radhika for marriage.

Shastriji (father of Radhika) comes to Dev and asks him to marry Radhika. On the Janmashtami day, the big day arrives when Dev ultimately proposes to Radhika. Whether Radhika accepts Dev’s proposal or not is something to be watched

Popular show Amaanat fame Pooja Madan makes her comeback with Rajan Shahi's new show

The brilliant actress Pooja Madan who rose to fame in performance Santosh, the eldest daughter of Lahori Ram in the popular Zee TV serial Amaanat makes a return to television after a long duration of 7-8 years with Rajan Shahi's new show on COLORS, Maat Pita Ke Charnon Main Swarg launching on 29th June at the 7.30 PM slot. The show is all about respecting and loving your parents and having a tough family bonding.

In this show Pooja Madan will essay a very important character, but nothing much is being revealed on her role.Little kid Siddharth seen playing Rani's brother in Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat will also play a key role. Reshma Modi who plays the central character in yester years' popular Doordarshan show, Gul Gulshan Gulfam and recently play Vishal singh’s sister in Aathvaan Vachan will also be part of the show.There will be three male leads, of which the second and third guys are new faces, secone one's name is Nikhil and third is still not finalized.The three female leads have not yet been finalized, as their entries are planned much later.

Ajay Wadhavkar plays the father of Manav. However the mother of the boy is yet to be finalized. Raj Singh seen in Jyoti and Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat plays Manav's brother Sachin. Yamini seen in Tujh Sang plays the sister Nandita.

Manav's father name is Damodar. He had been a theatre person in the past, but now nobody recognizes him. Today he is a total drunkard but is good at heart. He has a dominating wife who does not give him any money. This is where his son Manav comes in. He is very close to him and helps him a lot.

In Zee tv' Serial Choti Bahu Mrunali finally thrown Radhika out of Dev's house

After saving Radhika's(Rubina Dilaik) life from Vishakha’s producer, Dev(Avinash Sachdeva) brings her back home and she tells everyone that she has gone to meet a baba.

Than Dev will have to leave the city for some business work. Mrunali will then use the opportunity and plot against Radhika and will eventually get her thrown out of the house. She will send Purab in Vishakha’s room in the night and will then send Radhika in the same room. She will then call the family and will assault Radhika’s character. Thus Radhika will be asked to leave Dev’s house

New entries in Zee TV' Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann

After the back-to-back marriages of two daughters of the Garodia family, Gauri and Jhanvi ,

Zee's Betiyaan will see the entry of Nikhil's (Karan Hukku) family with known actors Nimay Bali and Shweta Gautam .

Talented actor Nimay Bali will play father of Nikhil while Prakash plays Nikhil's elder brother. Shweta Gautam who was recently seen in Ranbir Rano plays Nikhil's Bhabhi.

Nikhil's family lives in a village, and his father is extremely orthodox. They have a very conservative approach to life, which Nikhil dislikes. For all these reasons, Nikhil has been living away from his family for 10 long years, but now that his Bhabhi, who he loves very much is unwell, he comes to the village with his newly wed wife Jhanvi (Soni Singh). Jhanvi will find it difficult to adjust to the culture and customs adopted in the house. Also, there will be a mystery element in the track, with some dark past of the family hidden, especially with regards to Nikhil's mother. All this will lead to Nikhil getting into a trance, as he is split between his family members and his love, Jhanvi.

Zee's Choti Bahu is ready for another twist with the entry of Keshav in Radhika and Dev's life..

Keshav(Shashank Sethi) who was earlier supposed to marry Radhika (Rubina Dilaik) has now come to Dev (Avinash Sachdev) to seek job. About Shashank's role,He is working as a Chartered Accountant in Dev's firm and He is good friend of Radhika and as the track moves on, Radhika will tell everyone that she is married to Keshav. Keshav will also help Radhika in this act just to save her from the blame game.

But sad news is that, "Keshav who is now seen as a very positive person will turn negative later on, as he will want to get Radhika in his life".

Talking about his role, Amit Jain is playing the role of Rajveer, who is born and brought up at Ambala. He done his training at Mumbai and he posted at present in Ludhiana. Rajveer happens to be the childhood friend of Heer and they have a good rapport going. As the story moves on, he gets close to Prem and all the three become good friends.

The actor plays an IG Officer who is very trendy when it comes to his dressing style.He is not at all serious looking police officer. When in duty, he have the professional attitude, but when he is with family and friends, the Punjabi flavor is seen in him. In Grand Finale of Zee's Dance India Dance ,the winner of the Sunehri Taqdeer Ki Topi went to the favorite of all, Mohammad Salman, from Remo D'Souza Ke Rangeelay. Alisha, the girl from Ranchi was the first runner-up while Siddhesh Pai was the second runner-up. Jai Kumar Nair got the least votes among the finalists and was eliminated before the winner was announced. Salman went on to win a cash prize of 50 lakhs, and the golden opportunity to feature in a song sequence of Boney Kapoor's next film 'Wanted'

News in air that Zee TV prime time show Saat Phere being replaced by,'

" Pavitra Rishtha", we got to know that Aapki Antara, produced by Drishthant Productions will launch on June 1st at 8.30 PM slot.This show is going to replace "Banoo Main Teri Dulhann" which will now end on May 28th will give way for Maayka which will get a 

change in time slot. 

The latest news coming in is that the channel has decided to end Ranbir Rano , produced by Shreya Creations.  show is soon going off-air. Though they have not informed yet the last date of

 telecast  but it will be ending by the end of this month.”

Lead actress Sakshi Talwar confirmed the news and said, “I was informed about the show going off-air three days ago. I don’t know why it is going off-air as it’s entirely the channel’s prerogative. We haven’t been informed of the date though.”Ravi Dubey, lead actor, said, “I am also hearing it from different people. I haven’t got any concrete information either

 from the channel or the production house.”

 

 According to news ,the show is going off-air on 25 May and the channel will show the re-runs of 

its hit shows.”

Ali Merchant who is seen in Ghar Ek Sapna is making a grand entry in Zee's Saat Phere as the lead. His entry scene is very dramatic and filmy, but while shooting for the same the actor hurt himself badly.
Ali's entry sequence is like, "There is a mela sequence where I meet both the girls Shweta and Saavri (Rachana Parulkar).
